Job Description

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our business development efforts in IT. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company growth targets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing enterprise deals in IT infrastructure, managed services, or SaaS solutions. They will also possess strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company growth targets.
  • Own and deliver annual and quarterly sales revenue and margin targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across IT infrastructure, IMS, IBM Support services, and SaaS offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise deals in IT infrastructure, managed services, or SaaS solutions.
  • Strong exposure to IBM technologies, Hybrid Cloud, or SaaS solutions is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
