Senior Risk Management Expert

The role of Senior Business Analyst is critical in enhancing our Risk Management capabilities within Origination & Customer-Lifecycle stack.

  • Translate complex banking and regulatory policies into implementable specifications and configurable rules for seamless integration.
  • Design and maintain robust risk modules for credit, fraud, and KYC/CDD/AML processes to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Develop reusable integration frameworks for third-party risk services to streamline decision-making.
  • Define and monitor risk metrics to guarantee compliance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Client Success to deliver scalable solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Support multi-tenant configurations and build risk dashboards for real-time monitoring and analytics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure alignment with technical strategy, including decision engines, event-driven patterns, and risk monitoring frameworks to optimize business outcomes.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in banking or fintech, with expertise in credit, fraud, or KYC/CDD/AML implementations.
  • Strong ability to translate policies into specifications and configurable rules.
  • Proficiency in requirement documentation, BPMN modeling, and API-first design to drive innovation.
  • Hands-on experience with third-party risk service integrations and knowledge of regulatory frameworks (AML/CFT, DPDP).
  • Skilled in SQL/BI tools for risk analytics and reporting to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with multi-tenant configurations, risk dashboards, and stakeholder management to drive business results.
  • Familiarity with decision engines, event-driven architectures, and risk monitoring frameworks to optimize business performance.

B - Develop and implement standardized, compliant risk frameworks that can be rapidly deployed across markets through configuration rather than code.
