Job Title: Financial Risk Specialist

  • This is a specialized role for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a passion for analyzing financial data.
  • We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Financial Risk Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • The primary function of this position is to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial systems, processes, and controls.
  • This involves conducting thorough risk assessments, identifying potential vulnerabilities, and implementing measures to mitigate these risks.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective risk management strategies.
  • In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and presenting findings to senior management.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA certification required; other certifications preferred.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Big 4 Audit Firm or a multi-national organization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask, demonstrate strong organization skills, and adapt to an ever-changing environment.
  • Self-directed, positive, and ethical role model able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative.
