Job Description">

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Carry out preventive maintenance, corrective and emergency visits at customer sites on DCS/PLC/SCADA systems.">
  • Perform preventive maintenance backup, modification and report submission, as well as supervise system operation and cleaning of existing running systems.">
  • Restore the system from any faults in the system through corrective maintenance.">
  • Conduct shutdown maintenance and manage logistics by carrying necessary materials to restore problems at site.">
  • Troubleshoot PC issues and resolve networking problems.">
  • Document work processes (40% documentation involved).">
  • Identify prospects, conduct pre-sales site assessments and develop them into firm leads.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • BE (Electronics/Instrumentation & Control) degree.">
  • Previous industry experience in technical/installation and customer service roles.">
  • Good written and oral communication skills, with fluent English.">
  • Advanced degree or equivalent work experience.">
  • Presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers.">

Additional Requirements:

  • ">
  • Must be willing to work 80-90% of the time on travel anywhere in India.">
  • Availability for support during exigencies (24X7). ">
  • Single point contact for all customer needs for designated customers.">
  • Knowledge of Honeywell System is an added advantage.">
  • Ready to serve and available to be deputed as Site Support Specialist (Resident Support Engineer).">

Conditions:

  1. ">
  2. Each individual shall work with a locking period of 36 months from the date of joining.">
  3. Ready to work as a Site Support Specialist (Resident Support Engineer) 24X7, 365 days apart from standard leave policy at different locations like Offshore Platforms, Mumbai and other sites of Maharashtra etc.">
  4. Ready to work on ONGC Platforms (Offshore) for approx 45 Days per visit. Frequency of visit to platform will be after every 30 days after coming from platform as per site requirement.">
  5. Compensatory offs are not applicable.">
  6. 24 X 7 Support availability is mandatory.">
  7. Ready to work on other western region sites (Maharashtra, MP, Karnataka etc) as a Service Engineer when not as Site Support Specialist (Resident Support Engineer).">
  8. Office Process should be followed timely and accurately.">
  9. Politeness and good communication skills are required during interactions.">
  10. Leave process and frequency should be followed as per the standard regional process.">
