Job Description

The Artificial Lift (AL) Field Specialist is responsible for safe, efficient, and reliable Product and Service Delivery to Customers. The AL Field Specialist identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage, risk during service delivery.

Successful Position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, and work well in teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for service delivery execution at base and field locations.
  • Uphold company values and maintain SQ (Service Quality) & HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) requirements. Participate in well site and base SQ (Service Quality) & HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) initiatives.
  • Maintain job specific PPE compliance all the time and observe HSE policies.
  • Maintain all required safety training (SLB / Client / Regulatory).
  • Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time. This is inclusive but not limited to:
  • Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
  • Ensure pre-job readiness of crew, operational and functional checks, calibration, maintenance, testing, redress and configuration of equipment, products, and materials.
  • Ensuring that all personnel, equipment, products, and materials are received for field service requirements and design criteria.
  • Safe and timely execution of service per contract / client requirement
  • Collect all relevant data during service execution, any required analyses, per requirements of job design/program. This includes job reporting package, archival per contract/location needs.
  • Capture services provided, material consumption, service equipment utilization and personnel timesheets, to create service or field ticket, gather supporting documentation and obtain customer signature and submit the service or field ticket for invoicing per checklist.
  • Removal of equipment, personnel, and product from service and securing them in their transportation or storage containers.
  • Reconcile personnel, equipment, material, product, and the service results to plan for new orders / replenishment needs.
  • Generate and distribute field data or the creation of a job execution report per the job design / program.
  • Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
  • Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
  • Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum diploma in electrical/ electronic & instrumentation / mechanical discipline
  • Years of specific experience in 3 years minimum
  • Experience in ESP, dual-ESP, Dual Y-tool string installation and pulling, offshore operation.
  • Experience in ESP installation, pull outs, testing, commissioning, monitoring, maintenance, and trouble Shooting with various surface drive (VSD/VFD/Soft Starter/Fixed Speed Drive)
