Job Description

The POWERCON Group is a leading provider of renewable energy solutions, with a strong presence in India and globally. We are seeking an experienced Operations and Maintenance Engineer to lead the O&M activities for our solar parks.

  • Monitoring and analyzing site performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Preparing and executing action plans to meet business targets, including LPF, PA, GA&PR, and preventive maintenance schedules
  • Closing HSE/ESMS/ESMP/AHA audit and ATS points in a timely manner
  • Investigating incidents and implementing corrective actions (RCA & CAPA)
  • Real-time SCADA monitoring and fault analysis
  • Supporting team coordination and troubleshooting
  • Daily documentation, logbooks, and MIS reporting
  • O&M cost optimization by identifying local quality vendors
  • Supervising and restoring breakdowns efficiently
  • Maintaining lists of plant-related issues and communicating with engineering, contracts, and customers
  • Analyzing plant performance parameters relative to plant design (PV system)
