
High-Quality Claim Center Solutions Expert Wanted

Our team is seeking an experienced Claim Center Quality Assurance Specialist to join our organization. As a key member of our QA team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our software solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes. Additionally, they will have experience working with Agile projects and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that user stories are effectively demonstrated and business scenarios are converted into test cases.
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies to identify defects and ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective testing methodologies.
- Provide regular status updates and technical reports to management.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on claim center applications.
- Strong knowledge of STLC and SDLC processes.
- Experience working with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
Preferred Skills:
- ISTQB certification.
- Experience with Test Management tools like Selenium or Appium.
