We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our team.

About the Role

  • We are seeking an experienced professional with strong analytical skills to manage end-to-end claims analyses, verify policy/claims documents, and ensure timely production while meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • The ideal candidate will also be responsible for developing and maintaining claims communication, recording activities, and contributing to process improvements through brainstorming sessions.

Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities
  • Claims Setup and Payment Processing: Set up and process claims payments efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Correspondence with Involved Claim Parties: Communicate effectively with claimants, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to resolve claims-related issues.
  • Maintain Records of Activities: Record and maintain accurate records of all claims-related activities, including correspondence, meetings, and decisions.

Requirements

  • P&C Insurance Principles: Strong understanding of Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance principles and practices.
  • London Insurance Market Experience: 2-5 years of experience in the London Insurance Market, preferably in claims handling or related fields.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to various stakeholders.
