Grasim Industries Limited | Pulp & Fibre is seeking an experienced Business Excellence Manager to join its team. The estimated salary for this position is ₹ 12,00,000 - ₹ 18,00,000 per annum.

About the Role

As a Business Excellence Manager at Grasim Industries Limited | Pulp & Fibre, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. This includes planning and organizing the implementation of WCM activities, identifying Kaizen opportunities, and scheduling audits to ensure compliance with IMS and SA systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize the implementation of WCM activities in the unit to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Identify Kaizen opportunities and support their implementation in departmental activities to drive continuous improvement.
  • Schedule audits to ensure compliance with IMS and SA systems and follow up on audit findings for closure.
  • Involving in departmental activities to facilitate a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Plan, organize, and monitor the effective implementation of IMS and SA Systems across the plant.
  • Drive effective implementation of IMS and SA systems across the plant and departments.
  • Co-ordinate with various stakeholders to collect data for FPY and UPTIME analysis and identification of gaps.
  • Prepare and circulate daily FPY and UPTIME reports to senior management.

Requirements

  • Experience in business excellence, operations, or quality management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
