Plan and Organize the implementation of WCM activities in the unit

  • Identify Kaizen and support implementation in the departmental activities
  • Identification of department abnormalities and follow up for rectification
  • Scheduling of 5S, BCE and PM audits. Follow up for closing of audit findings
  • Involving in departmental activities for facilitating continuous improvement culture

Plan, Organize and monitor effective implementation of IMS & SA Systems

  • Drive effective implementation of IMS and SA systems across the plant
  • Driving departmental IMS and SA objectives and achieve the desired target
  • Be hands on for Internal and external Audits. Follow up for closure of NC’s

Systems & Processes

  • Follow up and reviewing for system improvements
  • Implementation and strengthening of visual management
  • Creating and maintaining all documents and records pertaining to IMS + SA & WCM.

Quality Initiatives

  • FPY & UPTIME
  • Preparation of FPY & UPTIME Calculation files on monthly basis.
  • Co-ordination with various stake holders to collect the data and further their analysis.
  • Identification of gaps with FPY & UPTIME parameter and action plan preparation to control the same.

Reports

  • Preparation and circulation of daily FPY & UPTIME report to senior management.
  • Daily bases Mod. Report
  • QI Dashboard:
  • FPY Files M/c 1 to 11
  • FPY Trend File
  • UPTIME Files M/c 5,7,8,9 & 10
  • UPTIME Trend File
  • FPY & UPTIME Loss Reasons
  • MPR Presentation.
  • Machine Efficiency.
  • UH Report (Weekly/monthly bases and as when required by management)

Communication: Establish effective communication channels for increasing the awareness and sustain various WCM initiatives

  • Identify areas for promotion through critical topics for campaigns
  • Formulate Visual aid for effective communication

Training & Awareness

  • Conduct Training on IMS Internal Audits
  • Collect data through Internet customer satisfaction survey
  • Stay abreast with the latest amendments of the quality standards
  • Establish recognition systems to sustain the involvement, recognition systems, Competitions, Quiz programs, Plan awards-Conduct reward ceremony
