Lead Frontend Developer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Frontend Developer to spearhead our frontend development team using React.js and Next.js.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on coding skills, excellent collaboration skills, and the ability to drive code quality and best practices. They should be proficient in leading cross-functional teams and driving projects from start to finish.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading frontend development using React.js and Next.js
  • Collaborating with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver scalable solutions
  • Driving code quality, best practices, and performance optimization
  • Mentoring and guiding junior engineers while being actively involved in development
  • Contributing to architectural decisions for frontend applications

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML, CSS
  • Hands-on experience with state management (Redux, Context API, etc.)
  • Expertise in building scalable, performant, and secure frontend applications
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments
  • Proven experience in leading teams while being an active coder
