Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Developer to join our team and contribute to the success of our software solutions.

This is an exclusive frontend role, focusing on building high-quality, modern frontends for Ruby on Rails applications without heavy frameworks.

The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys working directly with Rails-backed frontends, is highly detail-oriented in UI/UX implementation, and can work independently while communicating clearly with a distributed team.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop user-facing features for Ruby on Rails applications using Tailwind CSS, HTML, and Stimulus JS.
  • Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces, ensuring accessibility, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Collaborate with Rails engineers to integrate frontend components with backend logic, delivering high-quality results with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of professional experience in frontend development, with proven expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript.
  • Strong knowledge of Tailwind CSS and Stimulus JS, as well as other Rails-friendly frontend libraries.
  • Experience with accessibility standards and performance best practices is a plus.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of web development methodologies and best practices.
  • Portfolio or GitHub code samples showcasing your frontend skills and passion for UI/UX implementation.
