Senior Digital Strategist

This role is focused on driving digital transformation across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a digital transformation strategy that enhances productivity, reduces operational costs, and improves service delivery metrics.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to create integrated digital solutions that meet the diverse needs of stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital solutions and oversee their deployment.
  4. Stay abreast of industry trends in digital transformation and assess their potential impact on GBS operations.
  5. Define KPIs and success metrics for digital programs and ensure continuous improvement and measurable ROI.
  6. Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of digital tools and processes among employees.
  7. Mentor and develop team members around digital skills and capabilities.
  • Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  2. 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, project management, or consulting, preferably within a GBS environment.
  • Skills and Abilities:
  1. Strong understanding of digital technologies, data analytics, and automation tools.
  2. Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams during complex projects.
  3. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
  4. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  5. Experience with agile methodologies and change management practices.

  4. Industry Leadership: By staying abreast of digital trends and best practices, the Senior Manager will position the organization as a leader in digital transformation, enhancing its reputation and attracting top talent in the industry.
