Chief Technology Officer

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our technology function forward. This role demands a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex systems.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development, DevOps, and emerging technologies. Strong hands-on knowledge of networking, cloud systems (AWS/Azure), and CCTV cloud monitoring is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Software & Digital Transformation
    • Oversee multiple software projects, mobile apps, and web platforms.
    • Drive AI integration, process automation, and digital innovation.
    • Manage API integrations, cloud-based platforms, websites, and mobile apps for seamless user experience.
    • Evaluate make vs. buy decisions for technology adoption.
  2. IT Infrastructure & Operations
    • Supervise IT infrastructure teams for cloud and on-premise server management, networks, and telecom systems.
    • Ensure high uptime, scalability, and minimal call drops for Tele Prayer Tower systems.
    • Guarantee 24/7 connectivity across all Prayer Towers and remote teams.
  3. Cybersecurity & Surveillance
    • Establish robust cybersecurity frameworks to protect prayer data, donor/partner information, and ministry systems.
    • Set up and manage cloud-based CCTV surveillance systems across 104 Prayer Towers, integrating live feeds into a central monitoring dashboard.
  4. Database & Analytics
    • Lead database management teams for high-performance, secure, and scalable systems.
    • Design data-driven dashboards for partner engagement, prayer requests, and outreach metrics.
  5. Leadership & Collaboration
    • Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary IT team.
    • Partner with leadership to enable technology-driven solutions.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of IT leadership experience in large-scale operations.
  • Expertise in software development, app ecosystems, DevOps, and emerging technologies.
  • Strong command over cybersecurity frameworks and network administration.
  • Vendor & contract management with focus on cost-efficiency and ROI.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to align IT with organizational goals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certifications: PMP/PRINCE2 (Project Management), AWS/Azure (Cloud), CISSP/CEH (Cybersecurity) preferred.
