Job Title: Solution Architecture Lead

This is a leadership role that requires expertise in solution architecture and software development. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development of scalable and maintainable solutions for our websites.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Drupal (e.g., Drupal 7/8/9) architecture, APIs, and module development. Additionally, they should be proficient in the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js).

We are looking for someone who can drive new development efforts for our component-based website systems while ensuring proper integration with our content management system. The successful candidate will also provide high-level direction on front-end architecture and technical design/implementation of our websites.

Maintaining and improving overall performance of our websites while ensuring compliance with current standards and best practices is also a key responsibility. Reviewing team designs and providing feedback on deployment safety, resilience, scale, performance, and security is another crucial aspect of this role.

Facilitating feedback and discussions with Product and UX Design on customer needs, user experience, implementation efficiency, and performance is essential. Ensuring all changes are fully tested before being deployed and developing well-considered deployment plans including appropriate scalability and load tests are other important duties.
