Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot implementation challenges in real-time, working with both clients and internal teams to deliver seamless software solutions.
  • Identify automation opportunities within client workflows and implement them using our no-code tools and AI capabilities.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients through their entire journey from onboarding to optimization.
Requirements
  • No-Code/Low-Code Proficiency: Experience with visual development platforms and drag-and-drop workflow builders.
  • Technical Foundation: Strong technical background required - ability to understand system architecture, design solutions, and build complex integrations (development experience in any programming language strongly preferred).
