Job Overview:

A leading organization seeks a seasoned Technical Project Manager to spearhead end-to-end project execution for ACH clearing house initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with payment processing and clearing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage ACH platform upgrade projects, minimizing disruptions to payment processing and clearing operations.
  • Collaborate with financial institutions, internal teams, and vendors to ensure accurate and timely ACH processing in compliance with NACHA and other payment file format standards.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables to guarantee successful execution.
  • Support technical teams in integrating, testing, and validating ACH and check clearing file formats.
  • Foster communication among participants, bank users, technical teams, and external vendors to align on requirements and resolve issues.
  • Conduct impact assessments, prepare project documentation, and ensure adherence to governance and audit standards.
  • Monitor project performance and provide regular reporting to senior management.
  • Promote process improvements, risk mitigation strategies, and best practices in ACH operations and payment systems.

Requirements:
