Seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee the entire recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing top talent.

Job Responsibilities:- End-to-End Recruitment Process: Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Job Description Development: Create compelling job descriptions that attract top talent and highlight the unique benefits of our organization.
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and source high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Interviewing and Selection: Conduct thorough interviews and make recommendations for selection based on candidate fit, skills, and experience.
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in HR recruitment or a similar role.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leaders and other stakeholders.
- Recruitment Tools: Proficiency in using recruitment tools, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
