Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for international recruitment? C-NEX Guidance Overseas is seeking a dedicated International HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and attract top international talent using various recruitment methods.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with international candidates and partners.
  • Stay updated on international labor laws and immigration regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in international HR recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of global recruitment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
