Customer Order Management Specialist

This is a key position that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire customer order lifecycle, from receipt to fulfillment. This includes validating and processing orders for various product categories, working closely with internal teams to ensure material availability, dispatch, and delivery, and maintaining accurate records through our management information system.
In this role, you will also act as the main point of contact for your assigned zone, coordinating with customers and the sales team to ensure efficient order processing. Your excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively with stakeholders will be essential in delivering high-quality results and meeting customer expectations.
To be successful in this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline and at least 5 years of experience in order processing. You should also possess proficiency in MS Excel and an ERP system, preferably Oracle, and have good communication skills. Exposure to SFDC is a plus but not mandatory.
