Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in cloud engineering/architecture roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure, plus working knowledge of AWS and GCP platforms, including Kubernetes orchestration and containerization.
  • Proficiency with Karpenter, ArgoCD, and Istio in container environments, ensuring seamless integration with cloud-native services.
  • Demonstrated expertise in cloud security principles and implementations, protecting against emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Advanced knowledge of cloud networking concepts and solutions, ensuring scalable and secure network architectures.
  • Proficiency with GitHub and GitHub Actions for CI/CD workflows, ensuring efficient and reliable software delivery.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools, such as Terraform and Azure ARM templates, ensuring consistent and repeatable deployments.
  • Self-driven work ethic with ability to manage complex projects independently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ensuring effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Azure certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, Security Engineer), demonstrating expertise in Microsoft cloud technologies.
  • Experience with Azure governance and compliance frameworks, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Knowledge of hybrid cloud architectures, enabling seamless integration with on-premises systems and applications.
  • Background in supporting enterprise-scale applications, with expertise in designing and implementing scalable and secure solutions.
  • Experience with Azure monitoring and observability tools, ensuring real-time visibility into system performance and resource utilization.
