Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Adobe Target and be responsible for delivering and improving the end-customer experience across digital channels, leveraging the Adobe Target Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering and improving the end-customer experience across clients' digital channels
  • Leveraging the Adobe Target Platform to enhance customer engagement
  • Developing reports and dashboards to meet clients' needs in Adobe Analytics and Target
  • Advising on testing protocols and practices
  • Ensuring testing needs are met
  • Creating experience activities, A/B, multi-variate testing & experimentation testing, recommendations activities & automated personalization
  • Providing technical expertise on Adobe Target with hands-on use cases implementing experience
  • Maintaining good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Having a good understanding/exposure to cross-product integration (i.e., Target – Campaign, Target – AAM etc.)

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in Adobe Target
  • Minimum of 4-9 years of hands-on consulting and implementation experience
  • Experience in digital marketing
  • Overall knowledge of the Adobe Experience Cloud solution and framework
  • Experience in leading Adobe Analytics simple implementations across web, mobile, and apps
  • Data visualization experience using workspace, report builder, PowerBi, and Tableau
  • Optimizely experience, and Google Analytics is desirable
  • Experience with agile methodologies, Scrum, and mobile tagging is also advantageous
