Memory Layout Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Memory Layout Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing custom memories such as SRAM and Register Files at the leaf cell level and top-level integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with circuit designers to translate schematics into optimized layouts.
  • Utilize knowledge of floor-planning, placement, matching, routing, parasitics, and layout constraints to ensure efficient design.
  • Debug physical verification checks including DRC, LVS, ERC, EM, and IR to ensure design reliability.
  • Stay up-to-date with advanced process nodes, currently focusing on 5nm and below.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in scripting languages such as SKILL, Python, or TCL.
  • Contribute to high-performance and low-power memory layout optimization techniques.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in memory layout design.
  • Expertise in custom-based memories or compiler-based memories.
