Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Development Expert to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing AI solutions that drive business growth.

Your primary focus will be on developing and optimizing data pipelines using Python, Pandas, and Scikit-learn. You will also support prompt engineering initiatives for LLM-based applications, conduct model evaluation and testing to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance, and work with Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS) for embedding storage and retrieval.

You will assist in fine-tuning small and domain-specific models for production use, write automation scripts for data preparation, cleaning, and feature engineering, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to enable API integrations for ML services.

Key skills required for this position include strong programming skills in Python with hands-on experience in Pandas and Scikit-learn, basic knowledge of prompt engineering for LLMs, understanding of model evaluation metrics and testing techniques, and exposure to Vector Databases.

Desirable skills include experience with fine-tuning smaller ML or LLM models, familiarity with REST APIs/GraphQL and integrating ML models into production workflows, and knowledge of data preprocessing pipelines and automation scripts.

This role requires strong problem-solving and analytical mindset, ability to work in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams, and curiosity to explore and learn new AI/ML tools and frameworks.
