AI Expert - Design and Implement AI Solutions

We are looking for an exceptional Ai Expert to design, implement, and deliver cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with experience in leading technical projects and implementing AI technologies.

About the Role:

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for designing and implementing new AI frameworks, working closely with project teams to identify opportunities for using AI in their daily workflows, and developing bespoke AI solutions to automate software development lifecycle tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a new framework for software development that embeds Generative AI at its core.
  • Work closely with project teams to identify opportunities for using Generative AI in their daily workflows and provide guidance and support.
  • Develop bespoke AI solutions to automate software development lifecycle tasks.
  • Customize and fine-tune open-source Large Language Models on internal codebases and data.
  • Stay at the forefront of AI advancements and evaluate new tools and techniques to enhance development processes.
Requirements:
  • 8-14 years of experience in software development with proven experience as a Technical Lead/Architect or similar senior engineering role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies, including LLMs and vector databases.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures.
  • Proficiency in developing AI agents and automation workflows using frameworks like LangChain.
  • Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication skills.
