AI Developer Opportunity

We're seeking a talented Gen AI Developer to spearhead the development of cutting-edge AI-powered applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement RAG-based workflows for contextual data understanding.
  • Integrate Large Language Models with vector databases and retrieval systems.
  • Clean, preprocess, and structure documents, research papers, and datasets.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and domain experts to fine-tune AI models for QA.
  • Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept apps showcasing Gen AI-powered query resolution.
  • Evaluate and test AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, and safety.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in Gen AI, NLP, and healthcare AI ethics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Gen AI concepts and LLM architectures.
  • Familiarity with RAG pipelines, vector embeddings, and tools like FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
  • Programming knowledge in Python and experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
  • Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and data preprocessing techniques.
  • Awareness of ethical considerations and data sensitivity in medical applications.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
