AI/Gen AI Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and implementation of AI and Gen AI solutions in a dynamic and innovative environment. As an experienced leader, you will be responsible for developing and delivering industry-specific solutions using AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and ML, with experience in implementing solutions in Azure Cloud Framework. They will also have excellent presentation skills and be able to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The role involves leading cross-functional teams, working on multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring smooth service delivery. The successful candidate will also have the ability to mentor team members and provide expert reviews for all projects within the assigned subject.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and implement AI, ML, and DL solutions applying Python programming
- Lead the development and implementation of Generative AI applications using open source and proprietary LLM models
- Work with advanced models such as GPT-3.5, GPT 4, Llama, BERT etc, for natural language processing and creative content generation using contextual information
- Design and optimize solutions leveraging Vector databases for efficient storage and retrieval of contextual data for LLMs

Requirements:
- Experience guiding teams on Projects focusing on AI/Data Science and communicating results to clients
- Familiarity with implementing solutions in Azure Cloud Framework
- Excellent Presentation Skills
- 9 - 14 years of relevant work experience in developing and implementing AI, ML Models, experience of deployment in Azure is preferred
- Experience in application of statistical techniques like Linear and Non-Linear Regression/classification/optimization, Forecasting and Text analytics
