Job Summary
Tantraa is seeking a Senior Design Leader to lead our creative team. As a Head of Creative Department, you will be responsible for overseeing the design process and ensuring that our visual identity is consistent across all projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design layouts and drawings from general written or verbal project specifications.
- Collaborate with the Production team and visit the site for recce.
- Assist the team in CAD drawing and designing tasks.
- Read and understand 3D drawings.
- Work along with the 3D Visualizer / Designer to obtain reference information for drawings.
- Work with client servicing team to execute projects on time and on budget.
- Review design layouts to find and resolve problems involving compatibility with basic design concepts.
- Participate in design review with the Creative team to evaluate design concepts and make recommendations.
- Make corrections to the drawings as requested. Provide alternative design concepts to meet client requirements.
- Create and update database of design records for future reference purposes.
Education Qualification
Post Graduation/Graduation
Skills Required
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics, typography, and colour theory.
- Creativity and Innovation: Strong creative vision with the ability to think outside the box and push the boundaries of traditional design concepts. A passion for exploring new techniques and technologies in design.
- Leadership Skills: Should be able to efficiently manage a team of design professionals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
