About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Visionary Creative Director to lead our integrated marketing campaigns. This individual will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering creative solutions that drive business results.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  1. Develop and execute innovative design concepts that align with our brand strategy and messaging.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality graphics and motion design consistent with our branding.
  3. Create customer-centric designs by integrating marketing objectives, target audiences, and on-brand creative assets into branded experiences.
  4. Develop and execute a communication plan for campaign ideas across digital and print mediums.
  5. Lead and assess team workflow, providing constant feedback to ensure seamless project execution.
  6. Stay up-to-date with developments in graphic/motion design space to gain early insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Strong creative vision and ability to execute high-quality integrated marketing communications against strategic business objectives.
  2. Expertise in digital storytelling via various design collaterals.
  3. Familiarity with latest design trends in visual, digital, motion, and graphic design, with an excellent eye for typography and layout.
  4. Fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud; experience with Microsoft applications desirable.
  5. Creative horsepower and attention to detail, with a strong focus on alignment and accuracy.
  6. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize overlapping tasks/projects.
  7. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced design environment.
  8. Proven ability to think conceptually to solve design problems proactively.
  9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
  10. Comprehensive understanding of information architecture.
  11. Maintain data integrity and adhere to defined standard procedures, company best practices, and legal regulations.
  12. Ensure confidentiality of internal company and client information.
  13. Compliance with security policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and VAT rules.
Education and Experience:
  1. Bachelor of Fine Art or equivalent from a premier design school.
  2. Minimum 7 years of demonstrated experience in Art Direction, Visualization, Animation, Motion Graphics; 2-3 years of supervisory/team lead experience in leading design teams.
  3. Demonstrated experience in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere.
  4. Exceptional portfolio demonstrating deep integrated thinking and strong brand building capabilities, with an emphasis on design and art.
  5. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to lead, supervise, and execute production projects from concept through delivery.
Working Hours and Location

This role requires flexibility in working hours, with shifts between 6am-3pm IST and 2pm-11pm IST, rotating monthly. Based on current market standards, the estimated salary range for this position is ₹30,00,000 - ₹50,00,000 per annum.
