
E-Commerce Operations Manager

We are seeking a detail-driven professional to manage daily operations across various e-commerce platforms for a fast-growing direct-to-consumer brand. This role requires strong understanding of e-commerce workflows, including catalog management, inventory planning, order fulfillment, and platform compliance.
- Create and optimize product listings on Seller Central, ensuring accurate content and compliance with platform policies.
- Manage FBA and FBM workflows, including inventory planning, order fulfillment, returns, and reimbursement claims.
- Monitor and improve account health metrics – Buy Box share, cancellations, late dispatches, and customer feedback.
- Protect brand presence: handle hijacked listings, unauthorized sellers, and compliance escalations.
This includes:
- Setting up and maintaining SKUs, pricing, and images across platforms.
- Ensuring stock accuracy, fill rates, and low OOS through close coordination with the supply chain.
- Executing promotions, campaigns, and visibility initiatives to drive sales.
- Tracking platform analytics: velocity, campaign ROI, search visibility, and sharing reports with leadership.
This role involves:
- Partnering with the supply chain for demand planning and inventory allocation across channels.
- Coordinating with marketing for launches, promos, and brand campaigns.
- Working with finance to reconcile settlements, commissions, and claims.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 2–4 years of experience in Amazon and/or Quick Commerce operations.
- A solid understanding of e-commerce workflows.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; ability to generate insights from data.
