Job Description:
Saaga Restro & Kitchen is seeking a skilled Waitress to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

We are looking for a friendly and efficient team member who can greet customers warmly, present menus, take accurate orders, and deliver food and drinks promptly and professionally. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
  1. Greeting customers warmly and presenting menus
    Taking accurate food and beverage orders and relaying them to the kitchen and bar
    Serving food and drinks promptly and professionally
    Checking on customers to ensure satisfaction and responding to any additional requests
    Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
    Handling billing and processing payments
    Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
    Handling customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalating when necessary


Qualifications and Skills:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Previous experience as a waitress or in a customer service role (preferred but not mandatory)
    Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    Strong communication and multitasking skills
    Good physical condition; able to stand and walk for long periods
    Basic math skills for billing and handling payments
