About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and business-driven Senior Agile Transformation Specialist to accelerate the deployment of Agile methodologies within Orange Business, enabling better alignment, faster decision-making, and prioritization more reliant on our strategy and value creation criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Agile Coaching and Management: Coach and manage CTIO project assignments of varied sizes using Agile (Scrum, Kanban), DevSecOps, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies.
  • Program & Enterprise Transformation: Support the delivery of Agile projects within program and enterprise transformations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage all organizational levels to further their Agile transformation journey and work with senior stakeholders to enact Agile transformation strategies.
  • Coaching Techniques: Use techniques such as Agile Portfolio Management and Lean Start-up mindset to coach teams and stakeholders.
  • Employee Development: Coach new and experienced employees and teams on Agile manifesto, Lean concepts, product discovery, value-based prioritization, value streams, customer centricity, engineering practices (TDD/BDD/Pair/Mob programming), DevSecOps (CI/CD/Metrics) tactics, and test automation practices.
  • Learning and Development: Work closely with teams in Dojos or other coaching interventions to enable learning and provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback for further improvements.
  • Leadership and Coordination: Demonstrate leadership by coordinating, participating, monitoring, and meeting deadlines of assigned coaching engagements while focusing on business unit goals.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify performance or procedural issues and work towards resolving them.
  • Process Improvement: Drive process improvements and idea generation within teams by promoting a self-engaged culture of brainstorming and active coaching.
  • Collaboration with Leadership: Work actively with IT and business leadership to devise coaching and mentoring plans.
  • Business Agility: Drive business agility through the business organization.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Understand and implement strategic initiatives/business objectives in collaboration with the leaders.
  • Agile Tools and Metrics: Help the organization implement appropriate Agile tools, metrics, and Cloud DevSecOps toolchain.
  • Servant Leadership: Act as a role model leader and display servant leadership attributes.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Drive innovation and improvements on product, customer, and process fronts.
  • Product Discovery and Feedback: Drive product discovery, business or customer empathy, and shorter feedback loop techniques across business and IT teams.
  • Product Owner Coaching: Coach product owners/product managers on customer centricity, design thinking, and how to create, estimate, and refine backlogs.
  • Team Improvement: Assist IT teams in creating and monitoring action plans for team improvements.
  • Networking: Actively network across local coaching communities to learn new industry trends and advocate new ways of doing things.
  • Curriculum Ownership: Take ownership of the coaching curriculum, ensure timely updates, and maintain coaching material availability.
  • Corporate Standards: Follow corporate and business unit standards to prepare coaching materials and identify learning needs.

About You:

Must Have:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (any stream).
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Lean/Agile Coaching.

Good to Have:

  • Development Skills: Java, J2EE, Advanced Java, new tools exploration, Angular, DevSecOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud (GCP/AWS) and any experience of SaaS products like SNOW etc.
  • Testing Skills: Test automation coaching, JUnit, Selenium, QA (Automation), regression testing, exploratory testing.

Additional Information:

Profile need to be adepted at facilitating team ceremonies, fostering open communication, and promoting continuous improvement. Keeping active listening skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback are also key to helping teams resolve impediments. Good experience and coming from IT & IT enabled organisation and Lean Agile transformation topics.
