  • Elevate brand storytelling and conceptualize high-quality ad creatives that drive performance.
  • Oversee the design process from ideation to execution, ensuring high standards of aesthetics and effectiveness.
  • Maintain brand consistency while infusing fresh ideas across all design touchpoints.
  • Develop compelling ad creatives for performance marketing across various platforms.
  • Experiment with new design trends and AI-driven creative solutions to enhance engagement.
  • Manage and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative culture that encourages experimentation and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in graphic design, art direction, or creative leadership roles.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital advertising, branding, and multimedia design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Experience in designing performance-driven ad creatives, including static, animated, and video content.
  • Ability to think conceptually and execute visually compelling campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire a team.
