Senior Business Intelligence Developer

This role is ideal for an analytical and detail-oriented individual who can collect, clean, and transform large datasets to support business decisions.
The Data Analyst will develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present insights to stakeholders. They must have a strong foundation in data analysis, with experience in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SQL (query optimization, joins, CTEs, window functions).
- Knowledge/Experience in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn for analysis & visualization).
- Experience working with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.).
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and analytical solutions.
- Collect, clean, and transform structured and unstructured datasets from multiple sources.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, aggregate, and analyze large volumes of data.
- Use Python for data manipulation, automation, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and KPIs.
- Support data validation, quality checks, and governance practices.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
