Job Title: Planning Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Planning Engineer to join our site-based planning team. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking project schedules, coordinating across departments, and supporting timely and cost-efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate project schedules using MS Project/Bar Charts.
  • Monitor site progress and provide regular planning and resource reports.
  • Coordinate with HO teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Track manpower deployment, material usage, and work completion on a weekly basis.
  • Submit daily progress reports and assist in project budget monitoring.
  • Maintain documentation for variation works and support engineering team coordination.
  • Conduct regular review meetings and circulate Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
  • Liaise for project coordination, commissioning, and deliverables tracking.
  • Analyze site productivity and assist in cost control.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
  • 2-5 years of experience in real estate project planning (high-rise preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Excel.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multi-site schedules.
