Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Planning and Scheduling Specialist to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will leverage their advanced planning and scheduling skills to drive business growth and deliver seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of planners and schedulers to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategic planning and scheduling initiatives using APS software, preferably PSI Metals.
  • Collaborate with customers to design customized solutions that meet their needs.
  • Execute and design projects, including implementations and optimizers, to drive business results.
  • Apply Agile methodologies to streamline project delivery and enhance productivity.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in workforce management and APS software.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 6+ years of experience in advanced planning and scheduling.
  • Excellent analytical and abstraction skills.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and driving results-oriented projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Customer-centric attitude, proactive approach, and result-driven mindset.
