About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution and management of complex infrastructure projects, specifically in building management systems. This role involves end-to-end project coordination, technical design review, and quality assurance to ensure seamless integration and operation of MEP services, central chiller plants, and IBMS systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Execution: Coordinate with teams to manage the installation and commissioning of MEP works related to HVAC, chilled water plants, utility systems, and IBMS integration.
  • Technical Design Review: Conduct thorough reviews of MEP and IBMS design drawings, BOQs, equipment specifications, and shop drawings to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement QA/QC checks for equipment installation, piping, cabling, and control systems to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
Mandatory Skills & Competencies
  • Expert knowledge of HVAC systems, including pumps, AHUs, FCUs, valves, and utility systems.
  • Hands-on experience in IBMS integration, utilizing BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks protocols.
  • Proven project execution experience in data centers, hospitals, airports, and large commercial buildings.
Desirable Skills
  • Familiarity with Chiller Plant Manager (CPM) systems and optimization software.
  • Experience with IoT/AI-based smart building platforms.
