Financial Planning and Analysis Role

We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to join our team as a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) expert. In this key role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality reports and analyses that drive business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-12 years of experience in FP&A and accounting roles, with expertise in end-to-end month-end closing and reporting. Advance Excel and Power Point knowledge is mandatory, along with experience in PeopleSoft.

A strong background in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting is also essential. Good communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce monthly reports with key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting
  • Evaluate financial performance by comparing actual results with plans and forecasts
  • Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
  • Prepare ad hoc financial/management reports by collecting, formatting, analyzing, and explaining information from various sub-systems
  • Strong business acumen, accounting skills, and go-getter attitude required
  • Create financial models for decision support

Requirements:

  • 3-12 years of experience in FP&A and accounting roles
  • Expertise in end-to-end month-end closing and reporting
  • Advance Excel and Power Point knowledge
  • Experience in PeopleSoft preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
