Hiring for experienced FP&A professionals seeking a challenging opportunity to contribute to the financial planning and analysis process of a global client.

Job Location: Noida

Designation: Senior Analyst/Lead Analyst/Associate Manager

Years of experience: 3-12 years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Shift: Must be willing to work in US Shifts

5 days work from office

Key Responsibilities:

1. Produce monthly reports, including key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting with detailed explanations and commentaries of key business drivers.

2. Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts, performing drill downs in financial data, data mining, and business intelligence.

3. Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements, understanding and presentation of key business drivers.

4. Prepare ad hoc financial/management reports by collecting, formatting, analyzing, and explaining information from various sub-systems and drill downs into financial data.

5. Strong business acumen, accounting skills, a go-getter attitude, and out-of-the-box thinking.

6. Analyze and evaluate financial data and create financial models for decision support.

Requirements:

1. At least 3-12 years of working experience in financial planning & analysis and accounting roles.

2. Must have some experience in independent end-to-end month-end closing and reporting.

3. Desired candidate must have experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting.

4. Advance Excel, Power Point knowledge, and working experience is mandatory.

5. Good knowledge and working experience on PeopleSoft will be preferred.

6. Candidate must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Experience in hospitality/entertainment industry can be an added advantage.
