We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Strategist to lead the development, execution, and optimization of paid digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.

This role requires strong analytical skills, a passion for ROI-driven marketing, and a proven track record of managing campaigns with measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic ads, and media buying.
  • Develop and implement strategy and outcome-driven campaign execution using programmatic ads and media buying.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.
  • Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation across channels to maximize quality of lead generation.
  • Create and optimize ad copies, creatives, and landing pages for better conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing of ads and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall goals.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in running paid ad campaigns, programmatic ads, media buying.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Experience with tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, DV360, and Excel.
  • Strong copywriting and creative judgment skills.
  • Good communication and project management abilities.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in EdTech or digital marketing training domain.
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM and lead tracking tools.
