  • We seek a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid media campaigns across Google and other digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in driving ROI-focused campaigns, optimizing ad spends, and scaling performance marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across multiple platforms.
  2. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per click (CPC), cost per action (CPA), click-through rate (CTR), return on ad spend (ROAS).
  3. Conduct thorough research on target audiences, competitors, and industry trends to inform campaign development and optimization.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
  5. Design and implement A/B testing experiments to continually improve campaign performance.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and platform updates.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in campaign optimization and conversion tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with SEO basics to align paid and organic strategies.
