Release Train Engineer Role

As a Release Train Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless delivery across front-to-back functions. You will lead and facilitate program increment planning, system demos, and Agile Release Train ceremonies.

  • Collaborate with product managers, product owners, and stakeholders to define and prioritize features.
  • Manage and resolve cross-team dependencies and risks.
  • Ensure alignment of delivery objectives across technology, operations, and business teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement in Agile maturity across teams.
Requirements for Success

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 12 years of IT experience with at least 3-5 years in a release train engineer, program manager, or agile delivery lead role.
  • Proven experience in running large-scale Agile Release Trains.
  • Familiarity with critical financial systems such as Murex or similar trading/risk platforms.
  • In-depth understanding of Agile principles, program management, and scaled delivery practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
