Job Title: Key Account Director - Middle East

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Director to lead our business development efforts in the Middle East region. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in opening large deals and building strong relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership: Lead sales teams to achieve aggressive revenue targets through strategic planning, execution, and management of sales strategies.
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with existing and new clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Acount Management: Identify and develop new opportunities within existing client relationships, leveraging industry expertise to increase market share.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the Middle East region.
  • Proven track record of success in opening large deals and building strong client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the local market, including cultural nuances and business practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
