As we expand our Engineering team in India, we're seeking skilled professionals to join our dynamic team. You'll work closely with our Product and Data Science teams to design and maintain multiple technologies, including API backends, credit scoring systems, payments integrations, and operations tools.

• Designing and building APIs and backend systems for our frontend clients.
• Integrating with various third-party systems, including payment systems, identity providers, and messaging platforms.
• Collaborating with our team to develop new financial products.
• Ensuring the scalability of our backend services to meet growing traffic and complexity demands.

• Strong experience (3-8 years) in building backend software for web-based or mobile products.
• Proficiency in modern AI tools for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Knowledge of software development fundamentals, including computer science principles, distributed systems, data storage, and agile methodologies.
• Ability to combine technical expertise with product needs to deliver innovative solutions.
• Highly entrepreneurial spirit, with a willingness to take ownership and solve problems proactively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to listen and adapt to feedback.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable data architectures that integrate disparate data sources.
• Strong command of data modeling and organization best practices.
• Hands-on experience with toolstacks like dbt, Airflow, Snowflake, Metabase, etc.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python.
