About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE) team is responsible for designing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization's talent management and acquisition goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and improve policy and process in the talent acquisition area to enhance experienced recruiting.
  • Adapt and implement employer branding, lead the development of recruiting tools, systems, and channels, and find innovative ways of staffing.
  • Recruit new staff for specific functions and service areas based on approved plans and staffing projections.
  • Create a campus hiring plan and drive the process.
  • Govern and optimize the usage of in-house and external job portals.
  • Gather and share industry and TA insights and best practices.
  • Define, standardize, and optimize TA processes.
  • Design and anchor internal job postings.
  • Identify and incubate new sources of hiring with Field HR.
  • Audit the entire candidate experience across the candidate lifecycle.
  • Leverage analytics to identify and correct lags within current recruitment processes.
Qualifications

The optimal qualification for success in this role is an MBA or postgraduate degree in HR or a relevant field from a recognized institute.

  • Good conceptual work design and logical thinking skills.
  • Result and future orientation, with a good sense for new technology deployment.
  • Good team player with a proactive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. The compensation package includes a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
