Strategic Innovation Leader

The role of Strategic Innovation Leader is to spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge innovation strategies, fostering a culture of experimentation and research.

This position focuses on driving strategic innovation, simulating real-world cybersecurity challenges, and accelerating the development and testing of emerging solutions to future-proof an organization's digital capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive innovation strategy aligned with overall organizational objectives.
  • Establish a state-of-the-art innovation lab to ensure effective research and development facilities.
  • Drive strategic relationships for the implementation and operations of the lab.
  • Ensure efficient resource allocation and project management practices within the lab.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of innovation projects.
  • Manage the lab's operational framework, including infrastructure enablement and outcome measurement.
  • Translate research findings into practical cybersecurity solutions and strategies.
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies into existing frameworks.
  • Promote the development of prototypes and proof-of-concept demonstrations to showcase new technologies.
  • Research and assess emerging cybersecurity technologies to identify potential applications and opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration, facilitating the dissemination of best practices and research findings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to stay abreast of the latest trends and foster collaboration.
  • Identify and nurture talent within the organization, providing opportunities for professional development and growth in areas related to innovation and cybersecurity.
