We are seeking a visionary leader to take charge of our educational institution as a Principal. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree or Doctorate from a recognized University/Institute, with B.Ed./M.Ed. qualifications and at least 5+ years of experience working as a Founder Principal (CBSE).

The role demands strategic insight, school development, and ongoing operational management. As the face of our institution, you will work with the team, staff from the corporate office, and school management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Fostering a culture of engagement with staff, parents, and community
  • Creating a supportive work environment for all staff in the institution
  • Maintaining a strong posture to enhance learning outcomes and increase enrolments

We are looking for someone who has made significant contributions in previous leadership roles, preferably in a founding team member capacity. Prior experience in implementing experiential learning methodology and setting up systems and processes is highly desired.
