Product Visionary

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead and deliver transformational initiatives across credit analysis, insurance, and risk & compliance domains.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of business analysis, product ownership, and domain expertise, with proven ability to translate business needs into customer-centric digital solutions.

You will work closely with stakeholders, business SMEs, and cross-functional Agile teams to define vision, manage product backlogs, and drive delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business priorities.
  • Act as SME in your respective domain (Credit, Insurance, or Risk & Compliance).
  • Owning, managing, and prioritizing the product backlog using Agile best practices.
  • Drafting and refining user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
  • Partnering with stakeholders (business, IT, compliance, actuarial, underwriting, risk teams) to capture requirements and ensure alignment.
  • Facilitating scrum ceremonies: backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives.
  • Supporting build, testing, UAT, training, and rollout activities.
  • Monitoring product performance, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction; driving continuous improvement.
  • Leveraging data-driven insights to enhance processes and user experience.

Domain Tracks:

Credit Analysis

  • Expertise in credit assessment processes and regulatory reporting.
  • SME on RWA calculator (RWA, RoRWA, EL calculation).
  • Experience in credit transformation initiatives.

Insurance (Life, Health, General)

  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting, claims, actuarial, compliance.
  • Experience in digital insurance product development.
  • Proven ability to deliver customer-centric solutions.

Risk & Compliance

  • Experience in risk assessment, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Ability to manage project/product delivery with regulatory considerations.
  • Hands-on in backlog refinement and product tracking for risk-focused initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of total experience, including 4+ years as a Product Owner.
  • Strong business analysis & documentation skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Proven stakeholder management & communication skills.
  • Track record of delivering high-impact digital products in BFSI.
