Our organization is currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Silicon Design Engineer. In this position, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of advanced silicon design solutions.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess a deep understanding of silicon design principles, including RTL to GDS2 flow, floor-plan, physical implementation of power-plan, synthesis, placement, CTS, routing, extraction, timing closure, physical verification, crosstalk analysis, and EM/IR.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing silicon design solutions that meet or exceed customer requirements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers

The preferred candidate for this position will have:

  • A minimum of 16 years of professional experience in physical design, full chip timing, and high-performance designs
  • Strong expertise in tools for logic synthesis, place and route, timing analysis, and design checks for physical and electrical quality
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
