Job Description:

A skilled professional is sought after to lead the design of complex silicon components. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in physical design, with expertise in CPU and GPU architecture.

This role requires the ability to drive projects from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring seamless integration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include developing and optimizing design methodologies, as well as collaborating with engineers to identify and address technical challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in physical design, preferably in high-performance designs
  • Proven track record of closing high-performance IPs, including CPUs, GPUs, and memory controllers
  • Strong proficiency in logic synthesis, place and route, timing analysis, and design checks for physical and electrical quality
  • Familiarity with automation scripts using Perl, Tcl, or Python
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across geographically dispersed teams
  • Experience working with advanced sub-7nm nodes
